Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality gluten, grain, soy, nut, and sugar-free food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience.

I have been a Professional Chef for the last 23 years and an ACF Certified Executive Chef for the last 3 years, beginning in Argentina and with experiences in restaurants from fast-casual to high-end, hotels, university dining services, corporate and hospital cafeterias, supermarkets. I moved to the USA from Argentina 22 years ago and worked with Chef Handke, CMC, to become a very productive, cost-conscious Chef, being able to prepare amazing yet simple food. I helped in opening the new Ohio Union at The Ohio State University, with a sit-down restaurant, a food market, a pizza and bar, and a coffee shop. I have been eating gluten-free since 2009 and 2 years ago I received certification as a Primal Health Coach. With this certification I started coaching clients how to get back into cooking and making healthy food and was inspired to open my own restaurant that served simple healthy food with an Argentine flair from my roots.
