"Empanada" comes from the verb "empanar": wrapping food in dough or breadcrumbs.

Empanadas were brought to the Americas by the Spaniards. You can find Empanadas all over Latin America.

In Argentina, each province has its preference on the filling to use, how the dough is prepared and how the empanada is cooked. Empanadas are traditionally baked or deep-fried; ours are deep-fried in tallow.

We developed an artisanal gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and seed oils-free dough.
